COMPANY FORMATION
Registering your company in a strategic jurisdiction is a crucial part of conducting business at an international level. From a quick and easy Seychelles company registration process to financial perks, the country is a great choice for savvy business owners looking to open up new opportunities for their companies.
SFM is there to guide you through your Seychelles company formation.
Seychelles has built its reputation as one of the top offshore international jurisdictions to set up a business. The country boasts a streamlined company incorporation process that can take as little as 1-2 days to complete once all required documents are well received and submitted, making it an attractive option for entrepreneurs looking to set up a structure quickly and efficiently.
Thanks to its flexibility and low maintenance requirements, the Seychelles International Business Company (IBC) model is a good choice for many directors and investors. Seychelles company registration is a straightforward process that can be completed remotely through a registered agent such as SFM. The documents (including the Memorandum and Articles of Association, identity documents of the directors and shareholders, and consent of the registered agent) can all be filed online.
Registering a company in the Seychelles does not require you to be based there. So long as a local registered agent is there to represent you, you can operate your Seychelles IBC from anywhere in the world. SFM is there to guide you through the process, from providing a local address to setting up a bank account for your Seychelles company.
Data detained by the Seychelles registered agents is not public information.
However, under Section 174(1) of the IBC Act, 2016 (as amended), the company is required to maintain records and supporting documents (such as receipts and invoices) sufficient to enable the preparation of a financial summary or accounts.
While the company may not be liable to pay taxes, please consult with a tax/legal advisor in your country of residence, to determine your own tax liability.

* Subject to the constraints of the due diligence procedure.
